Materials: If my delegation is accepted, I will send written or presentation materials for inclusion on the Board agenda to the Secretary Treasurer at raman_brar@sd33.bc.ca. Materials for inclusion on the agenda must be received at least five working days before the meeting.

Meeting Arrival: I will arrive to the School District Office 15 minutes before the meeting to check in with the Secretary Treasurer and technical support staff.

By submitting a delegation request, I acknowledge and understand that the meeting at which I wish to speak is a meeting of the Board of Education in public, and by requesting to speak and by disclosing personal information in my oral or any written presentation, I consent to the disclosure of that information as reasonably necessary by School District No. 33 (Chilliwack) for purposes of administration and operation of the service to which my presentation relates. I am also asserting that the presentation is in compliance with the Federal Copyright Act, and grant the school district license to publish these materials. Personal information collected through delegation requests is protected in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, and will only be used by authorized staff for contact purposes.
