If you are unable complete this survey via this platform, you may do one of the following:

  • Download a printable PDF copy or a large font printable PDF 

  • Pick up a paper copy at the School District Office - 8430 Cessna Drive, or request one to be printed at your local school

  • All hard copies can be delivered to the School District Office - 8430 Cessna Drive, or you may request your local school to send it through inter-school mail (note: if sending through a school, please do so by November 22)
